Our Beginnings

Paloma Mixology is the vision of Hollan and Yonathan, a couple brought together by a shared love of hospitality and refined mixology. At the heart of every event is their passion for creating meaningful connections through unforgettable experiences. In September 2025, that passion was turned into a vision: creating unforgettable bar experiences that bring people together and turn celebrations into lasting memories. Thus, in February 2026, Paloma Mixology was born.

From the very beginning, we believe that great cocktails start with intention. That’s why we are deeply dedicated to freshness, bold flavors, and handcrafted drinks that are as beautiful as they are delicious.
